This is a 10 year Glen Moray bottled by SMWS at 57.1% ABV.
Nose: Bright, fruity, and airy with pears, nectarines and clean oak. A bit of vanilla from the ex-bourbon cask.
Palate: Bourbon like with heavy notes of vanilla, oak, honey, and cracked pepper. Dry overall with subtle fruits in the background.
Finish: Mostly oak with a pleasant tingling sensation.
Value for the money: This was $90 on K&L when I first got it which is a fair price.
